I am considering switching from mineral oil on an A65 to something more modern with dispersant and anti-wear such Aeroshell 80 Plus.
The engine has 1000hrs total time and had a top overhaul 10hrs ago (new pistons, cylinders, etc...).
Do you think it is a good idea to do this switch or is there a risk to clog the filter screen with contamination from the engine base due to the detergent action ?
Do you think those modern oils provide a real benefit to the small Continental Vs pure Mineral oil ?
