What's the consensus on stick placement during tailwinds and crosswinds when taxiing? I've had 2 instructors tell me to always keep the stick back regardless of wind direction when taxiing as the propwash is stronger than the outside wind, however, I've read in Cub literature to push stick forward on tailwinds.

Is it really a matter of opinion or is there an actual rule for taildraggers? I thought it was the latter...
