Here is a test cut from a laser. Its of my redesigned nose rib, sorry can't help myself.
The edges are charred very little. Material: 3/16" thick mahogany plywood. This was only a test. Will also do one on a CNC router.
Hope to kit all the parts for the wings, its for the Wag Aero J-3. I have other parts designed, false nose ribs, aileron cove support rib, etc. all done in Soildworks 3D Modeling.
