I apologize if this has been covered before but I searched and could not find an exact answer. I wanted to add a shoulder harness to my J-3 but it is already covered. The front seat is no problem (exposed frame pole overhead). But does somebody know of an easy way to install a rear shoulder harness without cutting a hole in the top of the turtle deck and fastening the bracket to the frame? I am tempted to stick my 10-year-old through the rear seat opening to bolt the bracket in place. :) I thought about removing the cloth baggage compartment also. But that would be hard also. I bolted it in pretty good.

And, who besides Atlee Dodge makes PMA/STC approved brackets for the J-3?

Thanks,
Scott
