sensenich composite ground adjustable prop for O-200

Hi ya all, I sure would like some thoughts on this from any of you. The weight savings looks significant, will adjusting the pitch on the ground be that advantageous? why and how?

Jim C, if I remember correctly you are the experienced guy on props, what do you think?
