Is the shaft suppose to be 3/4" anyone know on the Scott 1140 rudder arm? The previous owner was in process of recovering rudder and took the rudder arm out and replaced the section of tubing that the rudder arm goes into now I have to drill the tubing to match the rudder arm and wee them in eBay for $69.00 NOS ?

Thanks
