Hi all,
I've designed an STC to legally remove the oil screen housing from C75, C85, C90, and O-200 engines which have had the screen previously removed from the housing (usually by installing an oil filter STC). This will relieve the problem with heat shroud interference and the difficulty of doing inspections on the exhaust. It's simple and quick to install, and I'm hoping to keep the price less than $150. However, I've gotten to the expensive part of the PMA approval, and would like to find out what the interest is in this modification before pouring more money into it. Please e-mail me or post your opinions. If you would like to get on the waiting list, be sure to let me know! Thanks!
