My old fuselage has a triangular space right at the bottom rear of the fuselage that exposed the multi-tube cluster junction at the tailwheel area. I've seen a few pix of cubs that have coverd the outside but left that area open...I assume for easy inspection as that area takes some pretty good hits over the years. I'm about to cover the exterior of my cub, and am curious what the aggregate wisdom out there is relative to leaving that part exposed. It isn't quite as pretty as covering the whole area, but it may have been found over the years to be of value????
