I am using a Sporty's SP200 and Sigtronics intercom, with an Advanced Aircraft Electronics Antenna. I had shielded ignition and had no noise on the radio. I removed the plugs and installed new M41E Unshielded plugs with AN661 plug lead ends. I now have electrical noise over the radio, which I think is being picked up through the antenna and or coax.
This was no suprise to me, But my question is, Has any one ever heard of some type of filter that will help with this.
