For those of you that may be interested, this is a sample Greg sent me in full flat Aerothane and when I compared it to my WW II sample it is a dead match. I have been leaving my sample in the sun to see how it would fade and it is lighter now when I first received it from Jim Gray.

I also talked with Cory at Fighters Unlimited in Chino and this is the OLive Drab he shoots for most of the aircraft they do and that are in the Planes of Fame Museum. This Dark Olive Drab #41 was on every AAF aircraft built between 1940 thru 1943. The ANA 613 Olive Drab replaced it in 1944.

We are in the process of sanding the few small parts we have painted and will be spraying the entire O-58A with this Olive Drab. We have gone to great pains to match the paint exactly and feel this Aerothane is about as close as humanly possible to get it.

Steve
