This may be a difficult question, or an easy one. I've been doing some local history research into the Civilian Pilot Training Program school that was located in my home county. I have newspaper articles, etc. They were a Piper Cub operation, and I'd love to find out the NC# of the Cub(s) that they flew. I am well aware of Clyde Smith's records, and have used his service before, to great benefit. However, his records do not show to whom the aircraft were sold to. Do these records exist? I'm also quite interested in the registration numbers of Cubs sold through the local Cub dealer from the 30's-50's. Even a record of where sold cubs were delivered to. Thanks for any and all help!
Best,
Pete
