Don't know what this is to (Aircraft? Truck? Armored vehicle?) but it has all of the hallmarks of being WWII vintage. No markings that I can find. It's about 22" high and 18" wide with securing ties in the back. Also has a green fiber interior cushion that's about 2" thick. Has a pocket in the back that looks like it would mate to the top of a seat frame. Looks to be NOS except for some storage dirt, but no oil soaking.
