I had fun watching this L-4 doing circuits today when it visited the strip where I keep my Super Cub.

It is A65 powered and still has the original Scintilla non-impulse mags. It has wood spars. I have been told that it has a wartime history. I believe it came to New Zealand from Hawaii, but it was rebuilt here back in the early 90's.

Cheers,
Andrew.
