Hey Folks,

New j3c-cub pilot here. I'm working on a sport pilot ticket and had been training in a SportStar until someone else bent it.

Yesterday I did some taxi training, and then a bunch of pattern work (with a crosswind no less). My shoulder is exhausted today due to holding the stick back.

1) Do other people find their arm gets tired?
2) The control surfaces seem to move OK with the engine off. Any lubrication points that I (or my mechanic) should check that could be binding a little making everything harder when under tension?

p.s. I too needed to get shoes, my 13EEEE sneakers we're cutting it. I also found a little duct tape on the heels helps me get those pesky brakes when I need them.
