Moisture & Rust on the inside of the dipstick cap?

Low time C65 in a J3 that hasn’t flown much in the previous 10 years. I’ve put about 50 hours on the engine in the last 6 months and there is condensation & rust under the dipstick cap? How concerned should I be? Thanks
