Major / Minor, That is the question

While trolling around it seems that the subject of major and minor repairs and alterations keeps coming up. Not suprising since for the 30+ years I've been an IA it is one of those movable targets. To try to help get a handle on this, I uploaded a powerpoint presentation I give at IA seminars into the "Downloads" section. Hope it helps clear up some of the issues.
