Lower aileron cables that connect to the stick torque tube arm ?

I'm working towards restoring a 46' J-3 C65 and the Project is missing a few items .
I'm mailing in an order for the blueprints and drawings to the Cub Club this week as I'm wanting to see
all the details needed in this restoration.
To eliminate any unforeseen problems down the road, I'm going to assemble the complete airframe and rigging
before the covering process is started .
So today I'm wanting to connect the lower aileron cables to the Stick torque tube arm and would like to
know what is needed ( per Piper drawing ) to make this connection !
