I have been looking (off and on) for a L type bird for several years but due to the military sending us all over the place I never found the right plane at the right time. Besides, I had other planes to fly during the time.

Well, both the wife and I are now retired and living our life up in the woods of northern MN. I have recently finished the extension on my strip at the house and it is time to finally search out that elusive 'L' bird. Any advice you guys can give to the neophyte that knows very little about what to specifically look for when finding one?
