Is still causing daily problems at our airport, as are the relocated runway hold lines, now so far from the runway edge lights that pilots stop before clearing the runway, fearing that they are crossing the hold lines for the parallel.
Every single day the tower has to explain that "Line Up and Wait" means "Position and Hold". Every single day. Often the explanation goes to a student pilot too green to remember the actual approved " Position and Hold" days. Still, they understand what that means.
