L-4 AAF Checklist

Hi all,

I have been searching for the AAF L-4 checklist and holder, like the one pictured.

Are the ones in the pictures just made up for modern day use, or did the pilots back then actually use this type of checklist and holder?

Does anyone know if these checklists & holders can be sourced, or are there any plans/templates for the holders lurking around.
