J4 Help

Can anyone identify the item in the picture. I am sure it holds a cable guide but I have no idea on its position or which control cable it guides. I am trying to rebuild a basket case. I did take a lot of pictures before starting but I cannot see this item in any of the pics. Even my folder of Jim Dyers airframe does not show the position. I was hoping a J4 owner could have a quick look down the inside of their fuselage and spot it.
