Hi Guys

My Cubs left wingtip sits about 4-5 inches lower than the right whilst on the ground on a level surface

I have checked tyre pressure, lifted each wing to make sure the bungees aren't stretched etc.

My airframe is accident free and had no repairs done, could it just be a skew airframe? The main reason it gets to me is that I have 2 x12 gallon wing tanks that feed the through a common valve, so when I fill both tanks, the fuel drains from the right into the the left and overflows through the left cap resulting in me losing about 5 liters of fuel from the right tank even whilst she sits in the hangar:)

Do I have the Skewest cub in the world or is this fairly common?

My next question is regarding the Left mag. My engine has just had the cylinders honed and new rings put in. Every time during the mag check, the left mag drops about 300 - 350 RPM. I can burn it off a bit but it doesn't get much better initially. (Stromberg Carb)

After landing however the mag performs beautifully and exactly the same as the right one. Could this be due to oil leaking through the new rings and onto the bottom plugs whilst the aircraft sits on the ground? Could it stop once the rings are properly seated? Assuming the Left Mag drives the bottom plugs?

Thanks guys for the help
