J3 clip wing restoration help needed

A friend has a clipped wing J3 that is well along in its restoration, but due to some life changes, needs help completing the build up. anyone have recommendations for experienced cub folks in the southern MI/northern OH area? Bishop in Indiana is an option as well, but looking to see if there’s anything closer.
