Is This STC for 1220 GW Increase & A-65?

Hey, looking through the FAA CD paperwork and trying to learn how to Read 337's STC's etc. Is this STC for the Continental Engine A-65 install, as well as the Increase in 1220GW on this particular A/C, or is simply stating that the Paul Babcock STC "Can " theoretically be used for the GW increase? hopefully my question makes sense (attached picture below in higher quality as well
