Hinge for upper window

Does anyone have a source for the Piper part number 10300 hinges for the upper window? Or an equilivent hinge material to the "Veeder Root Hinge Stock #308" that is specified in the drawing? It appears that Veeder Root is in a different field of manufacturing and no longer makes hinges.
