Wanted to pick the collective wisdom of the group. I have a prewar J5 which I have been slowly picking away at and getting close to running. It has a wing tank. The wing tank was not covered but just left open on the top. I have noticed several birds that have a large piece of aluminum covering the wing tank and I kind of prefer the look of that. The wing tank in mine is pretty dented and isn't very pleasing to look at. Other than getting a piece of aluminum and manufacturing my own, does anyone have ideas of where to look. Have tried Univair. Any other ideas?
