Frustrated with Univair

I ordered some parts from Univair on Jan 3. On January 7, they finally got around to assembling the order and discovered they didn’t have 2 parts they thought they did. Lucas Dyer emailed me the problem and asked if I would be willing to break up the order. On Jan 8, I replied back, break up the order. Since it was a Saturday, he didn’t get it until Monday. Well today, I checked and they still have not sent the parts. How many weeks does it take to get in stock parts from Univair?
