Flight Review requirements

I am a certificated commercial pilot (C1682424—old guy) with a current BasicMed and Flight Review.
I only fly my J3 Cub, and intend to only fly the Cub in the future.
If I am only flying PIC in a Light Sport aircraft, and exercising only Sport Pilot privileges (restrictions), the way I read the Regs, I no longer need to pass an FAA medical.

But only flying my J3, must I have a current Flight Review ??
