anybody ever landed a j3 with a flat tire??? Last week when I took off I seem to have to use more right rudder. I kind of thought it was a cross wind till I saw the left tire loose on the rim. had spun the tire on the wheel doing touch and goes and taken off the stem. after a lot of thought I landed off the mowed part of my runway in taller grass hoping to equal things out. took a lot of rudder and brake but it held. bent the tin cover on the inside bottom. The tire was ok. I'm leaving my wheel covers off and looking at my stems more often now.
