Can anyone help me with a question? If I build a Cub or L-4 replica & license it as experimental, should I plan on a lot of diminished long-term value compared to an original Cub since it will be a homebuilt a/c? There seems to be a lot of options out there--WagAero, Univair, Dakota Cub, Legend Cub, etc.--some you do all by yourself, others have assistance programs, quick-build programs, etc. that would help ensure the end product is quality. Perhaps the assist-built planes would hold a better value?? Also, can anyone share insights that has built any of these replicas? Were you happy with the end product? I would appreciate any opinions. Thanks.
