Hello all, me again

Am trying to find a couple of items to complete my panel, if anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great:

"Solo Flying from Rear Seat" Placard (the stainless steel/black one)
Wartime time Compass holder (any condition, one good for a pattern will do)
Cabin heat knob and cable (I believe this is exactly the same as the carb heat knob)

Plus if anyone has a cub ASI, and wants rid of it, I'll be your best friend
