This is already a sticky. Posting it here in case you don't look there.
Ok, for all you who think the stock brakes don't work. I made this video last evening. Dan's J3 C85 stroker, has a cruise prop on it so I could only get it to 2350 static. If you notice I'm facing down hill. Last time I pumped these brakes up was in April when I took the skis off ( 60 hrs ago ) and I'm on 25" Goodyears which makes it harder to lock the brakes. I have had the same results in my Pa11 at 2600 static. They work fine.
