Bowman Fields (B10) Ski Plane Fly In February 12th

Bowman Field is having it's annual Ski plane fly in and Chili and Chowder cook off this Sunday. Right now the field conditions are packed snow and ice making it feasible to land with Bushwheels. I would not recommend trying to land with small wheels do to some tailwheel ruts in the hard packed snow. The weekend weather forcast looks like light snow on Saturday with a possibility of 2 to 3 inches and Clear on Sunday but cold so dress warm.
