Bowman Field Flying Club is having it's annual Ski-Plane fly in and open house this Sunday. There will be plenty of chili, chowders and warm coffee all home made by the members. This is always a great get together listening to many awesome stories and sampling a variety of great food.
Right now we are out of fuel at the field but are expecting a delivery any day, I will keep you posted. If we do not get a delivery I believe Twitchells has fuel and Ski planes should be able to get close enough to the pumps to get fuel, but you should call ahead to verify.
Our field conditions are currently packed snow and ice and we are expecting a foot of fresh snow today. We will pack and groom the runway and infield for the fly in. Sunday's forecast looks great for this event, hope to see you there.
