Bolt direction on spar butt hinge fitting?

On the front spar, which way do the bolts go through the spar butt hinge fitting (part number U10401-000) to attach to the spar (aluminum spar wing). The wing I'm preparing to recover has the front spar bolts going from back to front. (nuts are on the front side of the spar) Normally bolts are front to rear if possible. I've checked the parts manual, and can't find those exact bolts in the drawing. There's 6 bolts in the front spar. Just wondering if they're backwards for clearance when installing the wings. Thanks
