Biggest lesson I learned today with my instructor was not how to do crosswind landings, enter traffic patterns, plot a course, or do wheel landings...no...it was the following:

IF YOU THINK YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE BATHROOM BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE, YOU BETTER GO!! I have never seen 2 people (I was one of them) hunched over and make a rapid beeline to the public restrooms after a 1.3hr flight so swiftly! Man that was painful. I literally thought I was going to let loose on downwind over the airport.

From now on, easy on the water before long flights. It doesn't help that the position one sits in a Cub (especially that front seat!) puts so much pressure in the abdomen area. Unbelievable. Now you know why I will never buy wing tanks ;D
