Got chastised on SC for asserting that the J-3 pitpt/static system does not like properly calibrated airspeed indicators.

I am probably wrong, and my two Cubs have strange pitot systems.

So my question: how many of you have airspeed indicators that read zero when parked, and show 39-40 at stall? Any guesses as to how to adjust my pitot systems to get that result? The tube is aligned with the wing, and the rubber connections are all good.
