My J3C-85 came with two 11 gallon wing tanks and the stock fuselage tank for nearly 30 gallons of fuel capacity. I think about adding an electric starter but useful load in these birds is always a consideration. I was thinking there was an STC out there that would allow removing this fuselage tank and weight to help offset adding the starter, battery, wiring. So basically I guess it's converting a J3 fuel system to a PA-11?
