I finally got started on the actual rebuild yesterday. All is bared and cleaned and the jigs are built.

I decided to put on bottom and side stringers (Univair Aluminium) and thought it would look good to run a steel channel stringer from the boot cowl to the start of the aluminium stringer. I’d appreciate comments if anyone thinks this is a bad idea before I finish up the welding.
