This 1939 J-3 F aircraft had new fabric installed in 2006. The aircraft went a complete overhaul of the airframe at the same time. The engine has approx. 650 hrs since overhaul. The date of overhaul was around 1945 the aircraft was stored in a hangar since 1948. The prop is original and needs to be overhauled. The engine runs great and has good oil psi. The aircraft will need new struts, windows, fairings, and a prop to be complete, that will cost around $3,500.00.. The aircraft is located in Midland, Michigan and is stored in a heated hangar at Stephens Aviation Services. The log books go back to 1940-41. Any quetions call 989.835.2952 or 989.878.0308
