We have several airplanes that are not in annual (Mine being one) and the city has made a rule that all hangar renters must keep current annuals and have current registration and an airworthy certificate . Can the city do this to aircraft owners ?

If you do not meet these requirements you will be fined $200.000 dollars per month per hangar
until you have proof of the above stated requirements . The memo from the city states the hangars
are not storage units and are there for flying aircraft . ........I agree to a point . What's your take on
this matter .......there is one person on this forum that I care not to hear from .....but that ain't my
call .;)
