I bought a flight suit on ebay and received it today. I was very, very pleased with how nice it turned out to be. I have had great results with the stuff I have bought on ebay.

I think I got a pretty good buy on the suit. :) I have a couple of Vietnam era nomex suits I used when I flew my Bird Dog but they just would not look right with the L-4. I am going to participate in a re-enactment the end of the month and needed correct period clothing.

The re-enactment is in South Ala. and will feature both German and Allied armor, armored personnel carriers and artillery. My L-4 will be directing artie fire and other Liasion duties. The battle being re-enactment is Operation Cobra, the breakout from Normandy. The L-4 had an active roll in that engagement.
