Disclosure is that I have not spun an aircraft in 20 years..and that was a Citabria. With the J3 I have managed to keep the wings level through some very steep full powered descending "mushes" . My question is about Cub spin recovery. In the spin should you hold the stick back until you get the rotation stopped ? Or position it for neutral elevator position. Or does it matter ?
