Touch-up Paint?

I was cleaning my Cub today, and notices a few small chips in the fabric on the left landing gear support behind the prop and on the left rudder. Both are on the edges along the metal frame. How do I touch this up so it doesn't rust? The Cub was finished with Randolf process, but I have to check the logs to make sure.
