Hi All, I have a completely stock A65 powered PA-11 with Bendix SF4 RN-8 mags and an unshielded ignition. I recently had a rough mag that wouldn't clear, I cleaned and swapped plugs from L-R mag and verified timing. The issue followed the plugs. With that said, none of the major accessory shops work on these anymore and the only plugs I can get (champion c26) are far older than I am... I just wanted to reach out to the brain trust here and see what you all would reccomend, New slicks seem to be readily available but aircraft magneto service in Montana suggested Bendix. While the right Bendix is available there is no stock of lefts and they offered to build up an overhauled one from parts on hand. Price is pretty close on both. What do you all prefer?

Either way I go I'm hoping I can Squeeze urem37by's under my cowl without having to add blisters.

Regards,

Jim
