For sure I understand Bob's remark above. But isn't that 15 hour/year pilot exactly the guy the flight review was intended for to begin with....?

I'm very much interested on your thoughts on what you expect out of the flight review and how the instructor fits the review to the specific pilot. I suspect the private cub driver 50 miles from the nearest control tower will not expect to recieve the same review as a commercial/instrument light twin guy in SoCal.....

Not to start a fight and again I think I fully understand Bob's remark but what should the poor "15 hour" a year do?
