Source for Oil Pressure line restrictor fitting ??

I nee a restrictor fitting that goes into a Continental Engine. It's a 1/8 pipe on one end and the other is a AN-3 male end. It needs to be a restrictor, it's for the oil pressure line. I've tried Spruce, Wicks and Univair, any suggestions on where to find one? And yes, I'm aware of the line that Univair sells, but that hose does not hold up. Thanks
