Have a great C-90 powered, experimental, Reed Clipped Wing Cub.
Recently noticed that when the stick is centered, BOTH ailerons are hanging down below the bottom of the wing by probably 3-5 degrees, out into the relative wind.
I can't imagine this is for better aerodynamics.
Also when flying inverted, it seems like the ailerons would be sticking up (When centered) and detracting from smooth airflow that would be desired.
Is this the way it should be on a Reed CW Cub per the STC specs., or should we be looking to alter this (again we are experimental category)?
Thanks in advance !!!
