Hi, new to the forum and looking a purchasing a 1940 J-3 in southeast IA. I've been looking around the internet trying to find a knowledgeable mechanic in the area for a pre-buy and haven't found any great options yet. Airplane in based in Burlington, IA and Jet Air has been servicing it. Any thoughts?
