Oil on windshield ?

When flying for a couple hours I notice oil on the windshield and a little by the forward left cowling. I am thinking maybe a front seal but not sure.

I am in Korea and the Cub is in Indiana so I cant do anything with it but will have another A&P look at it but thought I would ask on here if anyone on here has had that problem.

Are seals hard / expensive to replace ?

Would appreciate any info !
